On March 22, the fifth session 3rd board meeting of Lao Niu Foundation was held in Beijing. The meeting was presided over by President Lei Yongsheng and attended by directors Wang Yonghong, Niu Ben, Niu Qiong, An Yaqiang, Zhang Hongyan, Li Nian (online), Zhao Guanjun and Sarentuoya; Supervisor Zhang Wulong was presented.
At the meeting, a total of 12 topics were discussed and approved, including “the Report on the Work of the Year 2023”, “the Report Work plan of the year 2024”, “the Report on the Annual Final Financial Accounts for the Year 2023”,” Annual Estimates Report of the year 2024”.
Fan Aiji, Secretary of the Party Branch of Hohhot Charity Federation and Inner Mongolia Lao Niu Foundation, Niu Gensheng, founder and Honorary President of the Foundation(online), founding family members Shen Shuxiang and Chen Xiaopeng, head of Yuqing Family Office Yang Pinyan, and some staff of the Foundation presented the meeting. In 2023, the Foundation cooperated with 21 partners to carry out 19 public welfare charitable projects, with public welfare expenditure of 37.01 million yuan; an additional 1.94 million people benefited from the projects, and 685,000 mu of woodland, grassland, wetland and other landforms were restored and protected. In 2024, we will continue to focus on core areas, continuously optimize resource allocation, integrate into grassroots of social governance, and continue to contribute more social value and strength together with partners.
